Bad Customers!

As it comes closer to Christmas people get more annoying!! This woman come in to our store and asks if we have more sizes in the back room. As we are only a small business all our stock is on the shop floor. I explained we don't have any more stock in the back. She then straight away gets arsey with me! So your not even going to look for me! No we don't have ANY stock in the back room all our sock is out on the shelfs! Then starts shouting and telling me how rude I'm and I have just lost a customer! Well I haven't have I Karen as WE DON'T HAVE IT IN STOCK!!!!

So this family comes in and you can just tell they are going to moan!! They order four meals and four drinks. We use the buzzers and they have to come to the bar to collect their food. They came got their food and sat back down. About 10 mins later this "Karen" comes storming up saying that her curry is cold and horrible and wants a refund now! I said I'm sorry about this if you want to bring your plate back I will refund you. She went to get her plate and then said she wants a refund for everyone else as their food was horrible too. (The other three people she was with ) I asked her to bring all the plates back to me. She then took a bit of time to come back with the other plates, She placed the EMPTY PLATES on my counter! I said I can't give you a refund for the three empty plates but I will do for her one she was unhappy about. Then she started shouting at me saying I need to refund her for all four meals! My manager was behind me and heard everything. My manger explained that the empty plates have been eaten so we will refund for the one meal. Then the "Karen" started telling my manager that she was a police office and she needs to do what she says!!! My manager said that it doesn't matter if she's a police office she's only getting a refund for the one meal! Her friend then came up to apologise to us and excepted the refund. They all left as I think they other people was embarrassed with this woman. As she left she shouted she was going to come back and arrest us!!! ha ha we are still waiting for the police!!

So we had a deal on our cocktails, Buy one get one free but you have to have one pornstar and one espresso martini. This Karen comes to the bar and wanted two pornstars. I said you can but the deal is for one each! she moaned to her friend for a bit saying she doesn't really like coffee and then agreed she will have one of each! She sat down then within 2 mins storms back to the bar, slams the coffee glass down saying it tastes like shit! (Don't know what she does in her spare time!) I explained that we sell a lot of them and we haven't had any complaints. She asked me to taste the drink, I said I'm not allowed to drink when I'm working. She said smell it then! I smelt it and it just smelt like coffee! Then she demanded she wanted another pornstar (Like she wanted in the first place) I said I can't sorry, She then demanded the manager. My manager came and she was shouting at her telling her the drink was off. She poured a bit more of the cocktail for her and she said that was better, The manager said well it's exactly the same and we can't change it! The Karen then said she needs a new one as I apparently drank her first one and it's health and safety !!!! My manager asked me if I had drank her drink (She knew I wouldn't of done) I said no then all hell broke out she was swearing and shouting at us saying we have contaminated her drink! In the end my manager asked her to leave as she was causing a scene in our venue! What the Fuck is wrong with people!!!
